1. Service Description
Serpux is a SaaS platform that tracks website rankings in Google search results. By registering for the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Creation
A valid email address is required to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account information. Serpux is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.
3. Plans & Payment
- The trial plan lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately.
- Cancellation can be done at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
The following uses are prohibited:
- Using the service for malicious or illegal activities
- Overloading the system by excessively using the API
- Creating fake accounts
- Interfering with other users' service
5. Limitation of Liability
Serpux does not guarantee the accuracy of Google ranking data. Google search results may fluctuate continuously. Ranking data is for informational purposes and should not be used as the sole source for business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Serpux platform, its design, logo, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
