Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale of digital services (Google rank tracking, SEO analysis tools) offered by the SELLER.

3. Service Information

Digital services offered by the SELLER:

• Google search engine rank tracking
• Keyword position monitoring
• Competitor analysis
• Technical SEO audit
• Search Console and Google Analytics integration
• Reporting and analysis tools

Service plans and prices are published on the serpux.com/en/pricing page. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment Information

• Payments are securely processed through the iyzico infrastructure.
• Credit card and debit card payments are accepted.
• Your payment information is not stored by Serpux; it is processed by iyzico in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
• Monthly plans are automatically renewed each month; annual plans are renewed each year.

5. Delivery

The purchased service is a digital service and does not require physical delivery. The service is activated instantly upon payment confirmation. The user gains immediate access to all features of the purchased plan.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the performance of digital content and services has begun. However, Serpux prioritizes customer satisfaction and may provide a proportional refund for the unused period if a refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests should be sent to serpux@apridev.com.
• Approved refunds are reflected to your payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. General Provisions

• The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.
• The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
• The SELLER reserves the right to amend the terms of the agreement. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website.
