Delivery & Return Policy

1. Service Delivery

Serpux is a fully digital service. There is no physical product delivery.

  • The service is activated instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • All features of the purchased plan become available immediately.
  • You can access your service by logging into serpux.com.
  • Activation details are sent to your registered email address.

2. Trial Period

Serpux offers a 14-day free trial period. No credit card information is required during the trial. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial period; upgrading to a paid plan is left to the user's preference.

3. Subscription Renewal

  • Monthly plans are automatically renewed on the same day each month.
  • Annual plans are automatically renewed on the same date each year.
  • You will be notified via your registered email address before renewal.
  • You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

4. Cancellation Conditions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation can be done from the Dashboard > Plan & Billing page or via serpux@apridev.com.
  • After cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • At the end of the period, your account switches to the free (limited) mode; your data is not deleted.

5. Refund Conditions

Due to its nature as a digital service, there is no legal right of withdrawal after the service has been activated. However, at Serpux we value customer satisfaction:

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You can submit your refund requests via email to serpux@apridev.com.
  • Your refund request will be processed within 3 business days after review.
  • Approved refunds are reflected to your payment method (credit/debit card) within 5-10 business days.
  • In case of partial usage, a proportional refund may be issued for the unused period.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately; the difference is charged for the remaining period.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
